The 19th Hangzhou Asian Games in 2022 will be held from 10 September to 25 September 2022. On March 31,2022, Shaoxing Baseball Sports Culture Center and Shaoxing Keqiao Yangshan Climbing Base successively passed the event function acceptance.So far, after nearly five years of construction, the 56 competition venues of Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games and Asian Para Games were fully completed and passed the comprehensive acceptance of the event function.
"Asian Games` preparation, venues` construction goes first". From the site selection planning in 2017 to the successful completion of design, construction and acceptance, various venues showed colourful appearance and witnessed the Asian Games preparation process; countless venue builders worked day and night, showing the persistence and faith of the Asian Games people.
On April 1,2022, the CCTV news channel "News Studio" reported on the builders who have worked hard to build the Asian Games venue.

In September 2021, HES Group successfully won the bid of the Smart Light project of Keqiao Yangshan Climbing Center for the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games in 2022, with the precise control of the overall positioning of the project, the full thinking of the building lighting needs and the continuous optimization of the plan. On the evening of March 23,2022, the lighting of Yangshan Climbing Center was adjusted. The lighting show was smart, beautiful and gorgeous, highlighting the Asian Games theme of "Chinese characteristics, Zhejiang style, Hangzhou charm, Shaoxing antique atmosphere and wonder display".
As a special venue for the rock climbing competition of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou in 2022, Yangshan Rock Climbing Center has a total land area of 18,710 square meters and a construction area of 8,746.98 square meters.Six gold medals will be produced here.Yangshan Climbing Center was praised by the People's Daily as the "most striking venue" among the five venues of the Shaoxing Asian Games.
From a distance, Yangshan climbing center is a crystal clear cocoon shape, its design concept fits the characteristics of Shaoxing Keqiao` textile industry, combines the unique textile fabric strength and dynamic aesthetic lines; the semi-open shape design using the original scenery, making the outdoor sports and natural environment into perfect integration. In order to reflect the texture of the cocoon, the main structure of the venue adopts the international advanced UHPC ultra-high performance concrete material, which is more wear-resistant. According to the shape and texture of the cocoon, nearly 2,000 rectangular or triangular blocks are customized with the material, stitched together like a patchwork picture, and finally complete the whole shape. In order to create a crystal clear feeling, the lighting design of the facade of the venue is also quite clever. With the help of three primary colors and technology, the "cocoon" texture of the venue is highlighted through the form of inner light transmission, creating a transparent and gentle lighting effect. Under the night, the Yangshan climbing center is bright, beautiful and more charming.
At the beginning of the design, the Yangshan Rock Climbing Center is designed not only fully meet the needs of the Asian Games, but also took into account the needs of utilization after the competition. After the Hangzhou Asian Games, the venue can also undertake rock climbing events at home and abroad, becoming Keqiao District youth rock climbing base and industry training outlets, and also serving as a multi-functional venue for fashion product press conferences, concerts, and other activities. Adhering to the concept of green, intelligent, frugal and civilization, the team ensures the intelligent lighting system of the venue to meet the needs of pre-race mode, competition mode, post-race operation mode, weekdays mode, late night mode and TV broadcast (VR) mode to help the venue to achieve sustainable development.
